  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S.P.)
  • 4 years in length
    • Clinical practice experience
    • Increased integration and application of material
  • Note: Students must be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Saskatchewan

Course and Degree Requirements

  • Required Courses or Equivalent
    • Introductory Biology (6 credits)
    • General Chemistry (3 credits)
    • Introduction to Organic Chemistry(3 credits)
    • Literature and Composition or two equivalent courses(6 credits)
    • 12 credits in humanities, social sciences or fine arts, of which 6 credits must include psychology, sociology, philosophy or native studies

  • Minimum: 70% (At least 30 credits of university level courses)
    • Unviersity of Saskatchewan converts GPA to percentage
  • Calculation method:
    • Accounts for all post-secondary courses taken.
    • Weighted average: 40% (required courses), 60%(all other courses taken)
