- Degree: Four-year B.Sc degree in a relevant academic discipline
- Doctor of Philosophy
- Degree: M.Sc degree in a relevant academic discipline

- Minimum:
- Masters: A cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units).
- Doctorate: A cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. coursework required in Master's program).
- Calculation method:
- Cumulative weighted average taken from last two years of study
