Admission Requirements
Course and Degree Requirements
- Doctoral Program
- a thesis-based M.Sc. in Computer Science (or an equivalent background)
- University of Saskatchewan equivalent grade point average (GPA) of 80%.
- Master's Program
- A cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. coursework required in Master's program)
- four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science with high standing
- cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units)

Supporting Documents

- Application fee - $75 (non-refundable) ; money order or cheque
- Official Transcripts - include all previous university education
- 3 letters of reference
- TOEFL or IELTS score forms (if proof of English language proficiency is required)
- Minimum requirement (at least one of):
- TOEFL score - 600 (paper based) or 250 (computer based)
- a new TOEFL (IBT0 - 100
- IELTS - 6.5
- GRE - accepted but not compulsory
- Proof of Record of Landing - if applicable
- Resume
