- first two years focus on basic and applied science core courses
- clinical experience during their final years
Total 120 seats of 105 Ontario Canadians and 15 non-Canadians

- Biochemistry (3 credits)
- Statistics (3 credits)
- Humanities and Social Sciences (6 credits)
Prerequisite courses taken at an institution other than the University of Guelph must be submitted for review and approval prior to the application

- 40% is the average of courses completed in the last two acceptable full-time semesters
- 40% is the average of 8 prerequisite courses
- 20% is the MCAT score
Top 200 candidates will be chosen for further selection
MCAT scores is calculated by taking the numerical scores and converting writing section grades to numerical grades (J=1/11, T=11/11)
