- Pharmaceutical Care
- Pharmaceutical Heath Policy and Management

Admission Requirements
Course and Degree Requirements
- Degree: Minimum of 92 quarter units (equivalent to 62 semester units)
- Required Courses
- Biology (2 semester or 3 quarter units with lab in at least one term)
- General chemistry (2 semester or 3 quarter units all with lab)
- Organic chemistry (2 semester or 3 quarter units all with lab)
- Mammalian physiology (3 semester or 4 quarter units)
- Physics (1 lab in electricity and magnetism)
- Calculus (2 courses)
- English composition (2 courses)
- Electives in the humanities and/or social sciences (28 quarter units), which must include:
- Economics (1 course)
- Public speaking or debate (1 course)
- Psychology, sociology, or cultural anthropology (1 course)

Interview
- Between 250 and 275 applicants are invited to be interviewed
- Late January – mid February
- Held at UCSF
- Interviews are conducted first by a two-person team comprising of a faculty member and an advanced standing student pharmacist
- Interview will conclude with a 45-minute essay in 3 topics

Timeline
- Fri Jun 1, 2012: The filing period opens for PharmCAS application.
- mid-July: The UCSF Supplemental Application is made available.
- Thu Nov 1, 2012: Application deadline. All transcripts must be received by PharmCAS and UCSF by this date.
- Dec 2012 to Jan 2013: We mail interview invitations.
- Jan to Feb 2013: Interviews held at UCSF School of Pharmacy.
- Mar to Apr 2013: Admissions decisions are finalized and mailed by April 1.
