Admission Requirements

General

Academic Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last 2 years.
  • This includes the completion of full year courses in human physiology, biochemistry, physics and calculus and a semester course in statistics.

Financial Requirements

  • Graduate students are supported financially.
  • Funding is also available from internal and external sources, scholarships and fellowships.

  • Completed application form with $100 fee
  • Three recommendation letters (two from academic sources)

  • Students are urged to contact faculty members they are interested in working with as admission is only granted if one agrees to act as a supervisor.

Deadlines

  • No deadline for Canadian applicants.
  • Deadlines for international applicants: July 1st for September admission or November 1st for January term admission.
