  • B.Sc. in Physics or a related field
  • Recommended courses:
    • Quantum mechanics
    • Statistical mechanics
    • Electromagnetic theory


GPA

  • cGPA: 80% (3.0) minimum

  • Official transcripts - mailed directly by the corresponding University
  • Recommendation letters - 3 scientists
  • TOEFL - required if applicant's first language is not English; minimum: 570 (paper based), 230 (computer based), or 88 (internet based)
  • GRE Physics subject test - required only if applicant has not obtained a degree from a Canadian university
  • $90 application fee
