  • Minimum B+ (3.3/4.0 GPA) average in each of third and fourth year of studies

  • 2 letters of recommendation (preferably academic referees)
  • List of math/stats courses taken in 3rd year and beyond (description of textbooks must be included as well)
  • Abstract of fourth-year thesis or project
  • Recommended: GRE mathematics subject examination score
