Admission Requirements

Course and Degree Requirements

  • Degree: Must be a current Graduate student with a Bachelor’s degree related to neuroscience
  • Recommended courses/background:
    • Cell biology
    • Molecular biology
    • Mammalian Physiology
    • Lab experience
    • Courses related to neuroscience

Supporting Documents

  • Application form- available [1]
  • Two (2) Official Transcripts – must be originals
  • Two (2) Letters of Reference
  • Personal Statement – max 2 pages
  • Resume
  • Supervisors – list of potential supervisors the applicant is interested in working with
  • Application fee- $100
  • GRE test results- Optional for applicants holding a Bachelor degree from a non-Canadian University (Not required if the applicant has studied in Canada)
  • TOEFL test results- Required for students who’s first language is not English, or has not studied at a English-speaking university.

  • Quebec tuition - $ 3,500 (both 1st and 2nd year)
  • Out-of-province Tuition - $7,100 (1st year) , $5,000 (2nd year)
  • International tuition - $15,000 (1st year) , $9,000 (2nd year)
