Program Information

  • Degree: baccalaureate degree in a related field
  • MCAT or GRE scores
    • Most admitted students average the 75 percentile in all three areas of GRE (79% in Verbal Reasoning and 67% in Quantitative Reasoning)

Tuition and cost of living 09-10

  • Full time students per nine month academic year (MHS): $39,120/$9,780 (4 terms)
  • Part time students: $815 per credit unit
  • Application fee: $45, Matriculation fee: $500, Nonresident fee: $1,467 per term, Leave of absence fee: $50 per term, Activity fee: $40, Late payment fee: $100, Late registration fee: $100, Late course change fee: $50, Course fee: optional, varies by course, Returned check fee: $25

Financial Aid

  • A limited amount of full-tuition scholarships are awarded to incoming master’s students in a competitive process. In the second year, after successful completion of 64 units and during the practicum, all Global Health students will receive a 75% tuition scholarship. RA and TA positions available.
