Creating an account

Request one with the VP Academic or the Redbooks webmaster. Please provide your email address.

Login problems

If you cannot log in,

  1. Try re-typing your username and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. But you probably already tried that, so...
  2. If you forgot your password, you may reset it. Go to Special:Userlogin, type your username in the "Username" box. Click "E-mail my password". You should receive a new password to access your account.
  3. If you did not receive a new password, verify that your e-mail address is the one you provided to Redbooks. If so, try resetting your password again.
  4. Contact the webmaster. If you really care, your account's statistics (e.g. edit counts) may be reset.
