Creating an account
Request one with the VP Academic or the Redbooks webmaster. Please provide your email address.
Login problems
If you cannot log in,
- Try re-typing your username and password. You probably already tried that, so...
- If you forgot your password, you may reset it. Go to Special:Userlogin, type your username in the "Username" box. Click "E-mail my password". You should receive a new password to access your account.
- If you did not receive a new password, verify that your e-mail address is the one you provided to Redbooks. If so, try resetting your password again.
- Contact the webmaster. If you really care, your account's statistics (e.g. edit counts) may be reset.
