Academic Requirements

MCAT

• GAMSAT or MCAT
  • Minimum MCAT Score:
    • Physical Sciences: 8
    • Verbal Reasoning: 8
    • Biological Sciences: 8
    • Essay: M
  • MCAT scores are only valid for two years (i.e. for 2009 entry, the MCAT test must be taken between August 2006 and May 2008

Applicants may lodge an application through:

• Australian Council for Educational Research
  • Deadline

OR

• Directly through the Australian National University Admissions
  • Deadline: by the end of the 2nd week of July
  • Applications submitted past the deadline are unlikely to be processed in time for an interview

Transcript

• Applicants must include all original transcripts along with the date and results of their MCAT, GAMSAT or an equivalent test in English
