Admission Requirements
Course and Degree Requirements
- Applicants to the Master's Program should hold a degree academically equivalent to a UBC four-year Bachelor's degree
- Sufficient undergraduate background in the intended field of specialty

- The GRE is not required.

Other Requirements
- TOEFL is required if the applicant’s degree is not from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or Kenya. The test must have been taken within 2 years from the intended matriculation date and the following minimum scores must be achieved:
- Paper-based test: 600
- Computer-based test: 250
- Internet-based test: 100
