Foreign Applicants (except China; see below): The deadlines in which all materials must be received by the Department are:

Applicants from China (PRC).

Chinese (PRC) students may experience a delay in obtaining the necessary documentation from their home government and the Canadian Embassy. As a guideline, a four-month lead-time by which the completed application must be received by the Department are:

• September 1 for January admission
• January 1 for May admission
• March 1 for July admission
