- For applicants that have a B.Sc. or B.A. from an accredited university must have completed the following requirements prior to applying:
- General Biology (with labs): 1 year
- Microbiology (with lab): 1 semester
- General Chemistry (with labs): 1 year
- Organic Chemistry (with labs): 1 year
- Calculus: 1 semester
- Probability and Statistics: 1 semester
- Physics (with lab): 1 semester
- Mathematics of Computer Science: 1 semester
- For applicants seeking enrollment at prior to earning a B.Sc. or B.A. must have successfully completed the following coursework:
- General Biology (with labs): 1 year

- *Preference is given to applicants who have completed pre-requisite courses at 4-year colleges or universities.
- Math and science courses must not have been taken more than 10 years ago.
- Note: Though a bachelor’s degree is not required, most applicants will have a BA or BS before starting the program.

Supporting Documents
- Applications to the Doctor of Pharmacy program must be completed through the Pharmacy Central Application Service (PharmCAS).
- Note: Applicants may choose only one campus.
- Complete PharmCAS Application
- Official High School Transcript for any applicant who has not previously earned a BS/BA degree
- Official AP or CLEP Scores if applicable (transfer credit granted for AP Scores of 4 or 5 and CLEP Scores of 50 or higher)
- Official transcripts from non-U.S. secondary schools, colleges or universities must be sent to the World Education Services (WES) for a course-by-course evaluation.
- If English is your second language, you will be required to submit a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 79 or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum score 6.5.
- In addition to submitting an application through PharmCAS, all PharmD transfer applicants are required to complete a Supplemental Application
