Admission Requirements
General
- Apply online at http://www.biology.ualberta.ca/programs/graduate/prospective/index.php?Page=4664
- Applicants must get in touch with faculty members in the area they want to study before submitting their applications.
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year program.
- Minimum GPA (in last 2 years) of 3.3 or a B+ avg (78%).
- GRE preferred but is not a requirement.
- Note that for department funding the minimum GPA is slightly higher, i.e. as quoted b y the website last year’s minimum for department funding was 3.5.
