Supporting Documents
- The School of Pharmacy only accepts/requires two recommendations, one from an academic source and one from a professional source.
- Academic sources include: professors or teaching assistants who have directly interacted with the applicant at a university level, university/college academic advisors
- Professional sources include: employers or volunteer organization personnel with whom the applicant has directly worked
- Official, sealed transcript from all colleges, universities, etc.. attended or from which credit was awarded.

Interviews
- Interviews (by invitation only) usually start in late January/early February and run through April.
- Interviews (roughly 30-45 minutes) take place in Seattle.
- Applicants will be interviewed by three members of the UW School of Pharmacy PharmD Admissions Committee.
- Includes a 30 minute on-site writing skills assessment in which applicants must plan and hand-write one essay.
