Admission Requirements
General
- Applicants should find and contact a faculty member to agree to be their supervisor
Academic Requirements
- M.Sc.
- Degree: 4-year Honours degree, or equivalent
- GPA: Minimum 75% average during final 2 years of undergraduate study
- Ph.D.
- Degree: Completed a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree
- GPA: Minimum 80% (A-) average in their graduate-level studies
- Applicants who do not meet the minimum admission average or do not hold the appropriate degree must complete additional courses to be considered

- University of Guelph provides a minimum stipend of $17,500.00 for all domestic and international doctoral students for 3 years
