- English Composition and English Literature - Two semesters
- Biological Science with lab - Two semesters
- General (Inorganic) Chemistry with lab - Two semesters
- Organic Chemistry with lab - Two semesters
- Microbiology with lab - One semester
- Biochemistry, lab is preferred but not required - Two semesters preferred
- Physics with lab - Two semesters

- Use only the Verbal score & percentile and the Quantitative score & percentile only
- Scores cannot be more than 5 years old

- Deadline: October 25
- List 3-5 of your most significant veterinary, animal or biomedical research experiences
- A letter of recommendation must be provided for each experience
- At least one of these experiences must be in veterinary medicine
- Academic Letters of Evaluation
- Can come from an academic advisor, faculty mentor, pre-med advisor, or professor

- Dean's Certification Form
- Residency Worksheet for all New York and new Hampshire residents
