Program Information
- Master of Science (M.Sc.) – two streams
- With thesis – 12-credit thesis and 18-credits in graduate courses
- Without thesis – 27 credits of graduate courses
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) – direct-entry available for exceptional students with a bachelor’s degree

- Degree: a B.Sc degree or a B.A.Sc. degree (at least 4 years of study)

GPA
- Minimum GPA of 3.3 in third and fourth year-level course work, or at least 3.7 in 12 credits of third- or fourth- year courses in the field of intended studies
- For direct-entry into the Ph.D. program, minimum GPA must be in the ‘A’ grade range (3.8~4.0)

- Not required
- TOEFL is required for students from a university outside Canada where the primary language of instruction is NOT English
- Minimum scores: 213 CBT, 550 PBT, 80 iBT
