Admissions Requirements

Course and Degree Requirements

  • Degree: at least one year of the required prepharmacy courses must be completed in a U.S. or Canadian University.
  • Required Courses
  • Biology (with laboratories) - 2 semesters
  • Biochemistry - 1 semester
  • Calculus - 1 semester
  • Chemistry - General and qualitative, with laboratories - 2 semesters
  • Organic Chemistry, with laboratories - 2 semesters
  • English composition - 1 semester
  • Genetics - 1 semester
  • Human anatomy - 1-2 semesters
  • Human physiology - 1-2 semesters
  • Microbiology (with lab) - 1 semester
  • Physics (with lab) - 2 semesters
  • Humanities or foreign languages - 2 semester
  • Social science - 2 semester
  • Statistics - 1 semester

  • The PCAT must be taken prior to January 2018 to qualify for this application cycle to apply in fall term 2018. Scores older than 2015 will not be accepted.
