Course and Degree Requirements

  • Degree: A undergraduate degree in the field of experimental science.

GPA

  • Minimum: 3.5 (4.0 scale)

UKCAT

  • Minimum scores: Applicants are advised that to have a competitive application a score of 650 in each of the three subsets is suggested. That brings the total score on the UKCAT to 1950. In the year 2007, everyone with a score of and above 760 (i.e. 2280) were interviewed. There were generally the same results for the years 2008 and 2009.

  • December 10th-11th or 11th-12th, 2017 - note applicants invited for the interview is required to attend on these two days.

Timeline

  • 27th September, 2010: By this date students must have registered to sit for the UKCAT
  • 8th October, 2010: Students must have taken the UKCAT by this date.
  • 15th October, 2010: The application forms are due, both UCAS and University forms.
  • Shortly after New Year's holiday, decisions are announced and a letter is sent to the students.
