• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Required Courses
  • Biochemistry (6 credit hours)
  • Humanities/Social sciences (18 credit hours)
    • Applicants who complete a 4 year major or honours program may waive up to 12 credit hours of the humanities/social sciences prerequisites

• Adjusted Grade Point Average (AGPA) system
  • Minimum: 3.30 (4.5 scale), 4.0 for out-of-province who were enrolled
  • Average 2016 AGPA:
    • Manitoba Pool: 4.03
    • Out-of-province pool: 4.22
    • Indigenous pool: 3.90
• Calculation method:
  • Depending on the number of credit hours completed a corresponding number of credit hours are dropped from the calculation
  • Biochemistry requirement is included
  • All summer and part-time courses included
  • Graduate level courses not included
