  • Canadian DAT is also accepted
  • Tests must be taken after June 1, 2011. It is strongly suggested that the test is completed before January 1, 2014.
  • The Admissions Committee will only consider scores from the first three DAT attempts.

  • AADAS application
  • Official transcripts
  • 2 letters of evaluation (One from a Biology professor and one from a Biochemistry, Chemistry, Math or Physics professor) OR a pre-professional composite committee letter
  • A letter from a general dentist providing proof of at least 40 hours shadowing experience
    • This letter must include approximate number of hours
    • A total of 75 hours of shadowing must be completed

  • November 2013: Interview sessions begin and continue until April 2014
