  • Stanford Supplemental Application: includes essay questions about personal background and professional interests of the applicant (invitations sent in late July via e-mail and regular mail)
  • Letters of evaluation from three to six individuals who know the applicant well and can evaluate his/her performance in those areas that are most relevant to application - Preferred that letters of recommendation are not sent until after the receipt of the AMCAS application and the invitation to submit a Stanford Supplemental Application
  • Additional information may be accepted only after an applicant has been invited to an interview
