    • This will be provided after submitting the AMCAS application
  • Secondary application fee: $50
  • Letters of Recommendation: one from the school's pre-professional/pre-med advisory committee, or three from professors/teachers who have taught the applicant in didactic classes in science and math
    • Cannot be from one-hour lab courses or research instructors
