  • Degree: Minimum of 2 years of college
    • A minimum of 64 semester hours must be obtained exclusive of credit in military science, physical education and non-academic courses
    • The applicant should have attained at least a "B" average for all courses

  • Letters of Recommendation (3) - two by instructors in science and one by an instructor in a non-science department. However, if an applicant's college has a recommending committee, its recommendation is preferred to the three individual ones
  • Before admission, accepted applicants are required to submit to the Student Health Services a Confidential Health Record
  • Supplementary Application Form
  • Official Transcript(s) - sent directly to the Associated American Dental Schools Application Service
