  • The MSc program is normally 2-3 years in duration.

Admission Requirements

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum GPA of 3.3 in last 2 full years of school (or B+/78% average).
  • Undergraduate degree in science or health or its equivalent.
  • Minimum TOEFL iBT of 95, with at least 23 in each of the speaking and writing skill areas(if international student.
  • Minimum IELTS overall band score of 7.0, with at least a 6.0 in each band.

Deadlines

  • For Canadian/Permanent residents, applications are accepted until the start of each term.
  • For International students, the application deadline is as follows:
    • May 15: September admission.
    • September 15: January admission.
    • January 15: May admission.
    • March 15: July admission.

Financial Aid

  • All graduate students in the Department of Pharmacology are funded by their supervisors with or without assistance from the Department. The current minimum stipend is $22,246 for MSc students and $23,250 for PhD students.
