Admission Requirements

Course and Degree Requirements

  • M.Sc: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
  • Ph.D: Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
  • Students are only admitted to the program once they secured a position with a supervisor in writing.

GPA

  • Minimum: 2.67 out of 4.33 during the applicant’s Bachelor’s program
  • Applicants must have knowledge of French and also some knowledge of English

Deadlines

  • Applicants have the possibility to enter the Computer Science (MSc with Thesis) and doctorate programs in Fall, Winter or Summer semesters. The internship and artificial intelligence Computer Science programs offer entrance in Fall and Winter.
  • For Canadian students:
    • For admission in the Fall semester, apply by February 1st
    • For admission in the Winter semester, apply by November 1st
    • For admission in the Summer semester, apply by April 1st
  • For International students;
    • For admission in the Fall semester, apply by February 1st
    • For admission in the Winter semester, apply by September 15th
    • For admission in the Summer semester, apply by January 15th

Tuition 2018-2019

Tuition fees vary depending on the number of credits taken per semester. The values listed below are for 12 credits (one semester)
