Admission Requirements

Course and Degree Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or at least 90 undergraduate credits
    • OD students without a Bachelor's Degree may be awarded a BSc by the College, if they have completed 12 semester hours of humanities, 12 semester hours of social sciences, and have met other requirements set forth by the College
  • Required courses and minimum semesters:

    • Calculus (1)
    • Chemistry with Lab (2)
    • English (2)
    • Microbiology (1)
    • Organic Chemistry with Lab (1)

  • Interview is required for admission and is by invitation only
  • Applicants whose native language is not English may take the Internet-based TOEFL exam (minimum score of 88 and 22 on the speaking section) or the IELTS exam (minimum score of 6.5)
    • Results should be sent directly to the NECO Admissions Office
