• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• 4 years in length
  • Applicants with a PhD in biomedical/preclinical sciences may be eligible for a 3-year program.

Admission Requirements

Course and Degree Requirements

• Degree: Minimum of 90 hours of college credit (3 years) but a bachelor's degree is expected
• Two semesters of the following coursework are required (lecture and lab):
  • Biology
  • Physics
  • Inorganic Chemistry
  • Organic Chemistry
• Two semesters of the following coursework are recommended: English, Humanities, Psychology, Statistics.

• Also additional coursework in genetics, statistics, public health, and the social sciences (ie. psychology) is encouraged.

• June, 2016: Submit AMCAS Application
• August, 2016: Submit Supplemental Application
• September, 2016: Latest MCAT Score Accepted
• October, 2016: Interview season begins
• October, 15, 2016: AMCAS Application Deadline
• November, 15, 2016: Supplemental Application Deadline and LOR deadline
• January, 2017: 6-8 weeks after the interview, applicants receive an update on their status
• February, 2017: Last interviews are held
• March, 2017: Final decisions submitted by early March
• April, 2017: Final decision to be made by the acceptant
