Program Information

Curriculum

  • Master’s (MA, MPD, etc.)
    • 1 full-time year minimum and two half graduate courses
    • thesis-based
  • Doctorate (PhD, etc.)
    • 4 years
  • Students in the M.Sc. program can proceed directly to the Ph.D. program without writing a master's thesis by undertaking a transfer exam after 12 months. This must occur by 18 months of their admission to the program.

    • Degree: B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Micorbiology, or Physics
  • Doctorate
    • Degree: Master’s degree or a bachelor's degree with exceptional grades and research experience.
